HOW IT WORKS
Here is the step by step process:
- Buyer gets in touch with Privilege Property to select property of interest
- Buyer sign up with Swiss Xtech to begin KYC
- Buyer file is registered with Property Developer for KYC
- Upon both KYC approval; Buyer sign contract with Swiss Xtech
- Buyer with Swiss Xtech begin Bitcoin to Fiat conversion process
- Property Developer will receive Fiat and issue Sales & Purchase Agreement
- Sales & Purchase Agreement is sent by DHL to Buyer for signature
- Buyer will travel to Dubai at their convenience to receive original Title Deed of Property purchased
